Rewards and recognition management is the process of identifying, developing, and implementing a rewards and recognition program that meets the needs of the organisation and its employees.

• BPS devises suitable methods to recognise and reward outstanding performers who have exceeded expectations on a sustained basis or who have done something really noteworthy
• We Plan off site and employee group participatory activities to inculcate a feeling of positivity towards the organisation

The core objective that we attempt to meet is that this is an effective way to show employees that their hard work and dedication are appreciated. It can also be used to motivate employees to achieve their goals and to encourage them to continue to perform at a high level.
